AnTS Motorcycle Tours is a trading name of the proprietor Glen Stansfield 

These terms represent the contract between you and AnTS Motorcycle Tours. Before travelling with us you should read these terms and sign the agreement on our booking form. 

In accordance with the Package Travel, Package Holiday and Package Tour Regulations 1992 and EC Directive 90/314EC, all monies will be kept in trust until such times as your tour is complete.

 

Price:

Once a detailed itinerary and price have been agreed this cost will be guaranteed and we will absorb any rise in outside rates up to 2%. Any rise above this will be relayed to you and you will have the option to meet the rise, choose to alter the tour to produce a similar cost or cancel completely in which case we will give a full refund, this will represent full settlement. Day tours and short break prices are fixed and published on the site.

 

Booking:

Upon receipt of your completed booking form and deposit we will send you a booking conformation as an invoice detailing when the balance is to be paid. Usually 8-12 weeks prior to departure. Failure to pay the sum by the due date will result in cancellation and no refund will be made. Day tour and short breaks are to be paid at the time of booking.

 

Cancellations:

    By You:

 

Refunds are payable only under the following terms:

 

    *8-12 weeks prior to departure, full refund, less 10% deposit fees.

    *6-8 weeks prior to departure, we will charge 25% of total costs including costs for accommodation where these cannot be recovered from the hotel by us.

    *Less than 8 weeks prior to departure, no refund.

 

We recommend that you take out holiday insurance at the onset of booking to cover against cancellation or curtailment.

 

   By us:

For unforeseen reasons it is sometimes necessary to cancel a tour. In this event we will notify you immediately the decision is taken. 

Should this event occur you will be given a full refund of all monies paid to us. This will represent full settlement.

We will not be liable for any monies paid to other parties for items pertaining to the tour, this may include, but is not limited to, purchase of items intended for use on tour, pre paid airline/ferry tickets, supplemental items not referred to in the tour itinerary, etc.

Again we strongly recommend you take out adequate holiday travel insurance to cover these eventualities. Once you have begun the tour, i.e. left home, any cancellation or curtailment on your part for whatever reason will result in the total loss of all monies paid.

 

Your responsibilities:

You are responsible for your actions at all times during the tour, you must follow the directions of the tour guide on all matters pertaining to the tour. Failure to comply with traffic laws and rules of group travel may result in immediate cancellation of this contract and confiscation of your vehicle, hired or otherwise. This regulation is strictly for the safety of yourself and other tour participants.

 

You must be in possession of and be able to display upon request:

A full and valid motorcycle licence for the type of bike you are/will be riding. (A valid MOT certificate for your own motorcycle where applicable)

A certificate of insurance for each of the following, where applicable

 

    *Your motorcycle (either arranged for your own motorcycle or through the hire company if machine is rented for the term of the tour)

    *Repatriation to your country of origin, accident liability covering yourself and other parties within your contract, (i.e. your passenger)

    *A valid passport and or visa.

    *Sufficient travel insurance to deal with medical treatments and repatriation for yourself and any other members of your party.

    *Sufficient insurance to cover breakdown recovery and/or repatriation of your motorcycle if you use your own bike on tour.

 

Our responsibilities:

Any part of the package that is within our control, i.e. routes, hotel reservations to the standard indicated, provision of meals where indicated and adherence to the services of the tour described in our brochures, electronic, paper or otherwise.

 

AnTS Motorcycle Tours are not responsible for the following:

 

    *Any action beyond our control of any participant on the tour.

    *Any injury or accident howsoever caused to any participant on the tour.

    *Any loss, breakdown or theft of equipment, hired or otherwise, resulting in loss of travel or amenities.

    *Any changes to schedule or route beyond our control i.e. road closures, cancelled or delayed transfers etc.

    *Any changes to accommodation and/or meals due to hotel service problems not previously known or indicated to us by written notice.

    *Any lacking in published amenities due to down time, repair or closure for whatever reasons the vendor offers.

    *The weather and any effect it has on the route or itinerary.

    *Any cancellation, curtailment, or delay caused by war, threat of war, civil strife, riots, acts of terrorism, industrial dispute, natural disaster, fire, technical failure of machinery or services, and/or any other acts of force majeure beyond our control.

    *No liability shall be accepted by AnTS Motorcycle Tours for any accident, damage, loss, injury or fatality to any person or item whilst participating on a tour be it arranged, organised, operated, contracted, guided or led by any person within the company or acting directly on their behalf.
